True performance.

Athletes deserve to know HOW to train.

The idea of soccer-specific training is very simple, however, individual-specific training is infinitely complex.

Led by a Master in Professional Kinesiology from the internationally ranked University of Toronto, and with extensive professional/collegiate athlete training experience, Andrew has the expertise to most effectively train players to achieve their goals.

Soccer Kinesiology's Approach

  1. Primary Training: PLAY

    • Playing the real game or even some small-sided games.

    • Predominantly done at your team's sessions/games and at some of our clinics.

  2. Secondary Training: SKILLS

    • Technical and mental skills that are employed in the game.

    • Movement efficiency (speed, agility and quickness).

  3. Tertiary Training: ATHLETICISM

    • Developing the building blocks to best execute relevant skills.

    • Be faster, stronger and improve endurance.

The best players can PLAY at the level their level because of their unique set of SKILLS. And the players with the best execution of skills typically have the most ATHLETICISM.

Not only does Andrew know how to carry out tertiary, secondary and primary training, but he also understands how to translate an individual's athleticism into their skills and their skills into their games—this is what separates Soccer Kinesiology.

"I first met Andrew as a teammate during my time at Unionville Miliken. In both his role as a teammate and a coach, I have always been impressed by his work ethic, passion, and innovate approach to viewing the game. Every off-season, I am constantly looking for ways to improve my game and over the past couple of seasons I have relied on Andrew for top-quality training. Whether the training is at 7AM or 10PM, Andrew always shows up to the session with high energy/intensity and has a well-planned session prepared from warm-up to the last rep. Most importantly, Andrew is a high character individual that cares deeply about his athletes on both a personal and athletic level. I was so impressed by Andrew’s sessions that after a couple sessions, I also had him train my younger sister - currently playing at Notre Dame."
